Asian-American International Film Festival

July 2, 2008

When: July 10-July 19
Where: mainly at the Asia Society (725 Park Avenue at 70th Street)

First came NewFest, then the New York Asian Film Fest and Japan Cuts @ Japan Society, and now the Asian-American International Film Festival (AAIFF)!! Escape from the heat and catch up on or rewatch Asian-American films. We are co-sponsoring a Japanese film short, “When I Become Silent”, which also played at this year’s NewFest. It will be showing on Wednesday July 16th at 7pm as part of the “Camus, Anyone?” program and Q-Wavers can get a discount to this by using the code COADVO. For more info on the film, click here, and for a complete listing of films, click here.
